Femina Coaching is a boutique coaching services for individuals, NGOs and small businesses. We are specialized in coaching immigrant and racialized women in Canada.
Our firm is led by Tahina Rabezanahary, Chief Empowerment Officer. She is a Certified Life Coach with more than 15 years of practical experience in talent management of multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. She also has an MBA degree and 25 years of experience in international project management.
Tahina believes that when women coach other women, they create a powerful support network that fosters growth, empowerment, and career advancement. She advocates that by promoting coaching between women, it’s about investing in a brighter, more empowered future for all.
